What I don't get, is why with all of the people in the world who are unemployed and/or out of shape, that someone hasn't thought about using people on peddle bikes to power generators and create energy...
Would it not be safer and easier than maintaining a nuclear power plant?
Would it not create more jobs?
Would it not produce healthier lifestyles?
Put as many "Power Gyms" on city street corners as there are coffee shops (or adult entertainment establishments) and let the community do themselves a service... Make it a community service, dammit! You want energy to power your technological gadgets and gizmos, get on a fucking bike and charge that shit up yourself! Beyotches...
